We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PR or any other remote area or military zone.

How do you ship?

 We use FedEx or UPS to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over $99, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, we charge a flat $6.9 shipping fee.

Sales Tax

Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipment Processing

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

Delivery Time

We ship from our warehouse in CA. Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days, depending on your location.

With COVID-19, the shipping times can sometimes be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

How can I track my order after it ships?

When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.

Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
