Returns & Exchange

We work very hard and try everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at vetreskanyc.com.  We hope you keep coming back and tell all your pet-loving friends about us!

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Return shipping is not covered by VETRESKA. Typically USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refunding procedure will be initiated. Your refund will be completed within 7 business days through your original paying channel.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@vetreskanyc.com.

Please note:  We are only able to accept returns for an order within 30 days of your order's ship date.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to accept any returns or exchanges beyond that time frame.  Please contact our Customer service at customerservice@vetreskanyc.com to get the return address.
