Lack of communication w/ return/exchanges
"Bought a size small for my corgi, and it was big snug. Requested for an exchange which they walked over the steps. The process is to e-mail support, send a photo of the items for approval, and then ship back (customer pays for shipping fyi). Took a month for them to send a different size, but I had follow-up multiple times on the return status. I ended up purchasing a different size beforehand; who knew an exchange would take a month? I had asked for a refund instead since it was just taking too long w/ generic vague correspondences but unfortunately they were unable to process as a refund since they finally shipped out another harness. Nice product, poor return/exchange process & customer support."
